Today, at Sanctuary Care Home, Ashgreen House, joy filled the air as the Frugal Empowerment Foundation hosted another heartwarming Caring Saturdays event. Through music, laughter, and companionship, we brought comfort to the elderly, relieving them from loneliness and isolation.

Dear Community,
We are pleased to inform you that our Caring Saturdays UK charity event for the year 2025 will begin on 1st March 2025, starting at Sanctuary Care Home, Ashgreen House.
This year, the Frugal Empowerment Foundation (FEF) aims to support 11 care homes across the Greenwich, Dartford, and Streatham boroughs, focusing on caring for the elderly community by providing services to relieve loneliness and isolation.
