Mc Oracle, whose official name is David Osaro , originally from Edo State, Nigeria. He is one of the beneficiary of the Frugal Talent Development Initiative.
Mc Oracle has been trained in Music and Comedy. His first single debut is titled “Giving” as his way to educate people to support one another in our community.
