Regina is a trader
SBE 2024 Beneficiary Frugal Empowerment Foundation
Regina is a small business owner who sells garri in the local market. It may seem like a simple trade, but for Regina, it’s how she feeds her family, pays school fees, and handles daily expenses.
Selling garri comes with many challenges. Prices change often, and transporting the bags can be costly and stressful. Still, Regina shows up every day with determination, doing her best to keep her business going.
In 2024, Regina was selected as a beneficiary of the Frugal Empowerment Foundation’s Small Business Empowerment (SBE) Project. With the support she received, she was able to buy more bags of garri, serve more customers, and increase her profit.
I really thank FEF for their support. It helped me grow my business. But things are still tough, and I need more help to keep moving forward,Regina says.
Regina’s story reflects the strength and resilience of many women working hard to survive and succeed. With your support, we can help turn their small efforts into lasting change.
