Anamonye runs a small business selling vegetables and palm oil. Her stall helps her take care of her children and put food on the table. Life hasn’t been easy, but she keeps going, hoping for better days.
Every day, Anamonye faces many problems”prices keep going up, goods are harder to find, and it’s not always safe. Even with all this, she works hard to keep her business running.
In 2024, Anamonye was chosen as one of the people to receive support from the Frugal Empowerment Foundation’s Small Business Empowerment (SBE) Project. With the small amount of money she received, she bought more palm oil and was able to serve more customers. Her sales improved a little, and she was very thankful.
I thank FEF for helping me. The money helped my business grow, but things are still hard. I still need more help to stand strong, Anamonye says.
Her story shows that many women like her are ready to work and succeed they just need a little more support. With your help, we can give them the push they need to build a better future.
