Favour is a trader, she sells tomatoes and pepper
SBE 2024 Beneficiary Frugal Empowerment Foundation
Favour is a trader who sells tomatoes and pepper to support her family. Her stall may be small, but it’s her main source of income. From early morning, she’s out in the market, trying to make enough to feed her children and cover daily needs.
Her business is not without challenges. The prices of tomatoes and pepper go up and down, and sometimes it’s hard to get fresh stock. But Favour keeps pushing, doing her best every day despite the tough conditions.
In 2024, Favour was selected as a beneficiary of the Frugal Empowerment Foundation’s Small Business Empowerment (SBE) Project. With the support she received, she was able to buy more stock, attract more customers, and make better sales. It brought a small but important boost to her business.
I’m very grateful to FEF for their support. It helped me a lot, but business is still not easy. I need more help to grow and stay strong, Favour says.
Favour’s story is one of determination and hope. Like her, many women are working hard to survive and succeed ”they just need a little support. With your help, we can give them the chance to build stronger, more stable businesses.
