2. Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial agreements for both the artist and the organization.
- Stay informed about industry standards and trends to secure competitive deals.
3. Project Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of music projects, including album releases, tours, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
4. Networking:
- Cultivate and expand a network of industry contacts, including record labels, agents, and other music professionals.
- Attend industry events and represent the organization in a professional capacity.
5. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for music projects, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Seek opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization.

7. Event Curation:

8. Talent Management:
- Identify and engage with performers, artists, and entertainment acts suitable for various events.
- Manage relationships with talent, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a positive and professional collaboration.
9. Budget Oversight:
- Develop and manage the entertainment budget, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and achieve financial goals.
- Work closely with finance and other relevant departments to ensure financial accountability.
10. Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies for entertainment events.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, to enhance awareness and attendance.
11. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, sponsors, and industry professionals.
- Represent the organization at industry events, fostering collaborations and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in entertainment programming, event curation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of current entertainment trends and industry dynamics.
